The Scientific Committee for Training and Human Development of the Egyptian Society for Food Safety held the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) course from 14-15 April 2019 at the National Research Center. The training was conducted by the lecturers of Prof. Dr. Assem Anwar Abou-Arab – President of the Egyptian Society for Food Safety and Professor Toxicology and Food Contaminants at the National Research Center: Prof. Dr. Magdy Moheb Elden Saad – Professor of Food Safety and Dr. Salah Salem – Researcher at the Department of Toxicology and Food Contaminants. The certificates of completion of the course were distributed to the participants in the course in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Moneim Abou Donia – Treasurer of the Association.
